How sleeping benefits you

 

Have you ever wonder why people go to sleep instead of staying up all night, well lets just say that when you sleep you just charge up your body for the next day. Here are three reasons on how sleeping benefits you and your body.

First, sleeping reduces stress and improve your mood. Think more clearly and do better in school and at work.This is saying sleeping helps with your day. When you wake up you just feel better instead of staying up until 3am and wake up at 7am, this make your mood feel grumpy or tired.

Another reason why sleeping benefit you is sleep is important for various aspects of brain function. When you sleep it helps not just for you but the brain to this is because when you work it put work into the brain so you can focus more.

Lastly you need a lot of sleep this is because when you sleep to little then you intend to wake up lazy.While sleep requirements vary slightly from person to person, most healthy adults need between 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night to function at their best, and kids need the same more,also elders need up to 7 hours of sleep.

Sleeping helps everything in the body to function and work. Research say some sleep may reduce heart stroke,stress,and depression.
